What Are You Listening To? - Valentine's Day

During KPH x Coop's Sadie Hawkin's Dance last month, we asked students about their favorite romantic songs for Valentine's Day. It might not be the month of love anymore but these tunes still hit. Wether it's for date night, or crying alone in the room, hear what ~*love*~ sounds like to the students on Palatine Hill.

Carmen:

“Lover, You Should’ve Come Over” by Jeff Buckley

“There’s nothing more romantic than those lyrics. Although I think it might be about cheating.”

Maya:

“Bell Bottom Blues” by Derek and the Dominos

“It’s a good song and it’s so devastating. I love it.”

Caroline:

“Head Over Heels” by Tears for Fears

“Somehow, it contains the way that a crush feels.”

Max

“Tougher Than the Rest” by Bruce Springsteen

“You should never give your lover less than the Boss.”

Shaylynne:

“All I Need” by Radiohead

“It explains the yearning for somebody and being grateful to have someone when everything is falling apart.”

Zarri

“Window” by Still Woozy

“It’s such a cute little song, the tune makes you feel all light. It feels like seeing someone you love.”
